Reservation Information
Pre-orders secure your item and guarantee fulfillment once stock becomes available or production is completed.

Return Guidelines
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most products.
⁕ items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
⁕ Please note that the item's packaging is intended to protect the product and cannot be a reason for return.

Exclusive items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange as these items are limited and cannot be replaced.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged.
