Shipping Policy

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
After that, we'll carefully package your items and ship them out with a tracking number provided.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your region.

Processing Times

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order items are processed and shipped within 3-6 weeks.
Pre-order items are processed and shipped once they become available based on the estimate release date.
Orders placed on public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Tracking an Order

You can track your order with the tracking number you receive once the order is shipped based on the method of shipping.
Tracking information may experience brief delays in updating.
For the most accurate status, we suggest checking again later or contacting the delivery provider directly.

Pre-order Policy

Pre-orders are items you are able to reserve before they become officially available.
These items often have an estimated shipping date and will be shipped by then.

Our pre-order system ensures you get priority access to upcoming releases, straight from Japan and beyond.
Reserve the latest products before they become available.


Payment Terms

To guarantee your reservation, full payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.

Reservation Deadline

Some pre-orders may only be available for a limited time.
To guarantee your reservation, orders must be placed before the stated deadline.
After the reservation deadline, item availability is not guaranteed, and notifications may not be possible once allocations close.

Estimated Release Dates

Each pre-order product includes an estimated release or shipping timeframe, provided on the product page.
The release date of the pre-order item is an estimate based on the manufacturers and is subject to change at any given time.
Please note that some products may become available up to two months after their original release date in Japan.
In any case, delays or changes to the products will be updated to the customer immediately.

Shipping

If your order contains a total of $100 or more, regardless of mixed cart orders, shipping is free!
Pre-orders are shipped once they become available and have arrived at our US warehouse.
You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped around the estimated release date.
Pre-order items will be shipped separately if there are in-stock or made-to-order products.

Cancellations and Refunds

All pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exceptions apply only if:
- The manufacturer cancels the item
- There is a significant change to the product’s core design or availability
In such cases, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Order Updates

We’ll keep you posted on your pre-order’s status if there are any delays or changes immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

As a general rule, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled unless special circumstances apply.
In stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed, as these are immediately reserved and prepared specifically based on your request.

Requesting a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at [your support email] or through our Contact Form with your order number.
If your order qualifies, we'll confirm the cancellation and issue a refund to your original payment.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In these cases your may refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of made-to-order and pre-order items, we do not offer refunds or returns once an item has been processed or shipped.
We do not accept cancellations or refunds on the difference for currency fluctuations.

We are unable to accept returns based on customer convenience, incorrect selection, or delays outside of our control.
However if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details.
We will work with your to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Items must remain unopened and undamaged by the customer.
New, unused, and sealed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery with an original packing invoice at your own expense.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (+shipping fee if you selected free shipping).

Manufacturer Cancellation

Pre-orders can be cancelled for reasons out of our control, including manufacturer cancellation of the item or factory production issues.
In certain events, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Please note:
The packaging is designed for the sole purpose of protecting the product.
We do not accept claims regarding damaged packaging.
For replacement parts :
Please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts as we do not offer them.
We can assist you if finding their contact information.

Prize Figures

Due to the nature of prize figures having lower quality standards by the manufacturer.
There may be some minor paint or quality imperfections.
There are no replacement parts for prize figures

Approved Cancellations

Approved Cancellations will be refunded within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

if your refund was not approved, your order will be sent back.

Refund Shipping

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for any import taxes, custom charges, or fees.

Store Credit

Because many of our items are made-to-order or limited in availability, all sales are considered final once processed.

Delivery times vary depending on the stock status of each product.
