Cancellation requests are accepted for in stock items, only if requested before they are shipped from our warehouse.
Cancellations are not accepted for pre-order items, which are reserved in advance, or for made-to-order products, which are sourced specially for you.

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
