Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and local carrier services.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause delays that are beyond our control and are not included in estimated delivery

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Reservation Information
Pre-orders secure your item and guarantee fulfillment once stock becomes available or production is completed.
⁕ Orders that contain a pre-order and in-stock item will be shipped together around the latest product release date.

Updates or changes to the product
You’ll receive updates on your pre-order, including shipment notifications and delivery estimates.
⁕ Please acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to change without notice.

Important Notices
The reservation period may end early or change without notice.
⁕ Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
⁕ Order cancellations are not accepted once a pre-order has been placed.

Return Guidelines
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most products.
⁕ items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
⁕ Please note that the item's packaging is intended to protect the product and cannot be a reason for return.

Cancellations
⁕ In stock items may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
⁕ Pre-order cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed, as these are immediately reserved and prepared specifically based on your request, unless special circumstances apply.
These rules apply to Age Restricted items as well.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Guidelines for Exclusive Products
✱ Exclusive items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange as these items are limited and cannot be replaced.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.

⁕ Pre-orders can be cancelled for reasons out of our control, including manufacturer cancellation of the item or factory production issues. In certain events, a full refund or store credit will be issued to the customer.
