Reservation Information

Return Guidelines
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most products.

⋆ items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
⋆ Please note that the item's packaging is intended to protect the product and cannot be a reason for return.

Cancellations
⋆ In stock items may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
⁕ Pre-order cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed, as these are immediately reserved and prepared specifically based on your request, unless special circumstances apply.
These rules apply to Age Restricted items as well.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
